The Kyrgyz Government has amended the privatisation programme for 2026–2028, providing for the transfer of five properties in Kara-Balta as a contribution to the authorised capital of OJSC ‘Kyrgyzaltyn’.

The list includes plots of land, buildings and a warehouse on T. Kozhomberdiev Street. The total area of the five plots is 2,469.05 square metres; the list also includes the buildings and structures situated on them.

The relevant Resolution No. 690 was signed by the Prime Minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on 12 October 2026. This was reported in the newspaper ‘Erkin Too’.

Furthermore, the document provides for amendments to certain provisions of the privatisation programme, including an increase in the indicator from 1 to 10 and the replacement of the name ‘Directorate of Power Stations Under Construction’ with ‘Small Hydroelectric Power Station’.
