Looking for a job? A garment factory in Bishkek has over 300 job openings

The Jasmir Brand garment factory, located in Bishkek, has opened more than 300 job openings for seamstresses. This was announced by the factory’s director, Jasur Parpiev, during a visit to the facility by Kamchybek Dosmatov, First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration.

Together with the heads of the regional offices for the Chui Region and Bishkek, representatives of the ministry familiarized themselves with the factory’s operations and the working conditions of its employees.

According to factory management, more than 300 seamstresses are currently needed for the four production workshops. Employees are provided with free dormitory housing, hot meals, and transportation expense reimbursement for those coming from other regions.

The Jasmir Brand factory was founded in May 2024 and quickly became one of the country’s largest garment manufacturers. Most of the products are exported to the Russian market, and clothing under the “Made in Kyrgyzstan” brand is also sold through online platforms.

The enterprise has implemented a conveyor-belt production system, which allows for faster production and higher quality.

In addition, the factory participates in workforce training. In collaboration with the International University of Innovative Technologies and a local college, the company operates a dual education system. More than 100 students receive free theoretical and practical training directly on the production floor.

The Ministry of Labor noted that the development of such manufacturing facilities contributes to the creation of new jobs and the employment of citizens within the country.
