09/14/2026, 14:25Employees of state institutions who do not fall within the category of civil servants will be entitled to a number of additional payments. These include a ‘13th month’s salary’ at the end of the calendar year.
According to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the payment will be equal to the average monthly wage bill.
A health allowance equivalent to two months’ wage bill is also provided when taking annual leave.
Furthermore, employees are entitled to allowances for working in high-altitude and remote areas, for performing classified work, and for holding an academic degree.
