09/14/2026, 13:38Consumer prices and tariffs in Kyrgyzstan for January–August 2026 rose by 7.6 per cent compared with December 2025.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks rose by 6.4 per cent, alcoholic drinks and tobacco products by 7.7 per cent, and non-food goods by 6.1 per cent. Services for the general public rose by 11.4 per cent.
The highest price increase among the regions was recorded in the Osh Region – 17.3 per cent.
In the region, food and non-alcoholic drinks rose by 13.8 per cent, alcohol and tobacco products by 28.9 per cent, and services by 27 per cent.
