Rayymbek Matraimov was fined 100 thousand soms

By the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek on December 6, 2024 Rayymbek Matraimov was found guilty of committing crimes under Articles 280 part 2 paragraph 3 and 378 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. On the basis of Article 77 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic by full addition of punishments finally determined Rayymbek Matraimov - a fine in the amount of 1 thousand estimated indicators, that is, 100 thousand soms.

It follows from the materials of the criminal case that during the investigation the accused Rayymbek Matraimov stated a motion to conclude a plea agreement.

This motion of the accused was satisfied by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and on November 25, 2024 between the senior prosecutor of the main department of the General Prosecutor's Office and the accused Raiymbek Matraimov a procedural plea agreement was concluded, which was subsequently approved by the investigating judge.

It should be noted that in accordance with Article 79 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, if a person concludes a plea agreement and fully compensates for material damage, the court imposes a punishment not involving imprisonment, within the minimum amount of punishment provided for by the article under which the person is found guilty.
