At the same time, corporate profits rose even more significantly. In 2025, they amounted to 1.5 billion KGS, compared with 1.2 billion KGS the previous year, an increase of 30.8 per cent.
However, the overall financial result was lower than in 2024. The net financial result in 2025 stood at 816.8 million KGS, compared with 964 million KGS the previous year. This was due to a significant rise in losses, which increased from 187.9 million to 689.6 million KGS.
The costs of production and sales of goods and services by tourism enterprises rose over the year from 4.6 billion KGS to 6.3 billion KGS, or by approximately 37 per cent.
At the same time, enterprises’ accounts payable increased to 2.6 billion KGS, compared with 2.5 billion KGS in 2024. Accounts receivable, by contrast, fell slightly — from 2.3 billion KGS to 2.2 billion KGS.
Over five years, revenue in the tourism sector more than tripled — from 2.3 billion KGS in 2021 to 7.1 billion KGS in 2025.
