Today, experts emphasise the need for investment in education, academic mobility and youth projects. This was stated by Artem Novikov, head of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, at a conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's membership in the Eurasian Economic Union.
It is proposed to expand experience exchange programmes and joint research initiatives, as well as to create transnational centres for the commercialisation of innovations.
Thus, the combination of economic integration with human development has the potential to transform the EAEU into a space for cutting-edge technologies, rather than just a trade and economic bloc.
