09/30/2024, 14:36By the results of 2023, the real GDP growth of Kyrgyzstan amounted to 6.2%, which is 1.7% higher than the forecasted level. This was reported by Deputy Finance Minister Umutzhan Amanbayev at the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on International Affairs on September 30.
Nominal GDP in 2023 amounted to 1 trillion 228.9 billion KGS, while it was forecasted at 1 trillion 78.7 billion KGS.
Umutjan Amanbayev also noted that budget revenues for this period amounted to 391.9 billion KGS, which is 101.5% of the target. Compared to 2022, budget revenues increased by 30.4%, or 91.3 billion KGS.
Excluding grants and funds from special accounts, budget revenues were executed by 29.3% more than in the previous year.
