02/26/2026, 11:47From 1 April, the State Centre for Vehicle and Driver Registration will stop accepting applications for vehicle registration and re-registration in offline format. This was announced by the head of the presidential administration, Kanybek Tumanbayev, during a meeting with citizens in Osh.
According to him, all vehicle registration operations will be available exclusively through the state digital platform Tunduk.
Thus, the registration of purchase and sale transactions and changes in car ownership will completely switch to an online format. The decision was made as part of a policy to digitise public services and reduce the number of personal visits to registration authorities.
