From 1 July, the Ministry of Natural Resources will accept documents in electronic format only

The Ministry of Natural Resources of Kyrgyzstan is launching the ‘Single Window’ automated information system on 1 July 2026. Through this system, applications, requests and documents will be accepted exclusively in electronic format.

The new system will enable citizens and organisations to submit documents remotely, track the progress of their applications, and receive permits and licences electronically.

Due to the transition to a digital format, legal entities must obtain a cloud-based electronic digital signature (EDS) in advance. This will be required for logging into the system and signing documents.

The launch of the ‘Single Window’ forms part of the digitalisation of public services and the implementation of the presidential decree on improving the efficiency and reducing bureaucracy in the civil service.

Previously, many procedures required a personal visit to the relevant department and the submission of paper documents. Following the launch of the system, interaction with the ministry will take place predominantly online.
