02/11/2026, 11:16The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, together with Ayyl Bank and Eldik Bank, announces the imminent launch of an electronic queue for obtaining preferential loans.
The digital mechanism was developed by the technical operator AgroSmart and implemented on the i-Dyikan platform.
On February 15, 2026, the i-Dyikan digital platform will be launched, where every farmer can register, apply for a preferential loan, and remotely join the queue at the bank. Funds will be disbursed according to the established criteria and requirements of preferential financing programs.
The transition to a digital format will allow farmers to track the progress of their applications online.
“i-Dyikan” also provides access to the ministry's government services in electronic form, which significantly reduces the bureaucracy involved in obtaining them.
The new mechanism will be an important step in simplifying farmers' access to financial resources and the overall digitalization of the country's agricultural sector.
