Since the beginning of 2025, 91,188 children's parents have applied for the Balaga Suyunchu benefit

The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration reports that as of 1 September 2025, 365 million 994 thousand KGS have been allocated for the one-time ‘Balaga Suyunchu’ payment upon the birth of a child.

These funds were received by the parents of 91,188 newborns, including 1,350,000 KGS paid to the parents of 27 triplets.

For comparison, as of 1 September 2024, 388 million 977 thousand soms were allocated for this payment for 96 thousand 934 children.

According to the ministry, the one-time payment for the birth of each child is 4 thousand soms. In the case of the simultaneous birth of three or more children, the ‘balaga suyunchu’ is paid in the amount of 50,000 KGS for each child.

To apply for a one—time payment, you should contact the Public Service Centres or civil registry offices.

The funds will be credited to your bank account within two working days of submitting your application.

You can receive the funds through the cash desk of any branch of the RSK and Ayil Bank no later than six months from the date of application.

The documents required to receive the Balaga Suyunchu one-time payment are your personal passport and the child's birth certificate.
