Since the beginning of the year, 188 units of equipment have been leased to farmers

Currently, through leasing projects implemented with state support, 7 thousand 73 units of equipment worth KGS 18.38 billion have been issued to agricultural producers, including 188 units of equipment worth KGS 886.1 million in 2025.

Through banks, all types of agricultural machinery and equipment for the processing industry are leased to agricultural producers on favourable terms for a period of 7 years at 6% per annum.

In recent years, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry has taken a number of measures to replenish, renew and equip the agricultural machinery and tractor fleet of rural producers.

In order to provide timely and quality mechanised services to farmers and to create favourable conditions for the development of leasing, since 2011, on the initiative of the Ministry, with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers, 7 leasing projects for the leasing of agricultural machinery and equipment have been implemented through the open joint stock companies Aiyl Bank and Eldik Bank.
