09/25/2025, 08:42In Kyrgyzstan, the state treasury continues to be replenished through the transfer and privatisation of property. Since the beginning of the year alone, 226 properties have been transferred from citizens and companies to state ownership, ranging from buildings and premises to various areas and structures.
As of 22 September, 61 of the properties transferred to the state have already been sold. These transactions brought almost 10 billion soms (9 billion 766.2 million soms) into the budget.
As emphasised by the SASPM, the transfer of property from individuals and legal entities is carried out on a voluntary basis. This work to increase the non-financial assets of the public sector will continue.
