Since the beginning of the year, 42 units of equipment worth 81.4 million KGS have been leased

In recent years, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry has been systematically working to update and replenish the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural producers, as well as to provide farmers with modern agricultural equipment.

In order to provide timely and high-quality mechanized services to agricultural producers, as well as to create favorable conditions for the development of leasing, since 2011, on the initiative of the ministry and with the support of the cabinet of ministers, through the open joint-stock companies “Aiyl Bank” and Eldik Bank, seven leasing projects have been implemented to provide agricultural machinery and equipment.

As part of the projects, rural producers are provided with all types of agricultural machinery, as well as equipment for the processing industry, on preferential terms. Leasing is carried out at an annual interest rate of 6% for a term of up to 7 years.

To date, 9,725 units of agricultural machinery have been transferred to farmers under state leasing programs for a total amount of 27.7 billion KGS. In 2026, 42 units of machinery were transferred for a total of 81.4 million KGS.
