This is about 23% of the total number of transactions across the country for 2024, which indicates that the market is highly active in this region.
However, the highest amount of transactions - 138 billion soms - was recorded in Osh region. Despite the fact that the region is inferior to Chui Oblast and Bishkek in terms of the number of transactions. The whole point is that the average price of a land plot here turned out to be much higher - about 43.9 million soms for one. This may be due to the fact that in Osh oblast one or several large plots were sold, which affected the price and influenced the final amount of transactions.
In Bishkek, 3 thousand 39 plots were sold for about 19 billion soms. The capital remains the center of attraction for buyers, especially investors and businesses, which explains the high price level. The average transaction value in Bishkek is about 6.29 million KGS, almost twice as much as in Chui Oblast (about 1.69 million KGS).
Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul and Batken oblasts also show stable demand with the number of transactions from 2 thousand to 2.5 thousand and the total amount of transactions in the range of 1.2-2.3 billion KGS.
At the same time, the least number of transactions was recorded in Naryn region - only 440 transactions for 155 mln soms.
