From 15 March to 15 August 2025, the market administration acted as a tax agent, monitoring the payment of taxes and insurance contributions by entrepreneurs through a digital platform.
The Bazaar system automated the accounting of retail outlets and containers by integrating the data into the Dislocation system. Now, debts are highlighted in red and paid periods in green, allowing tax payments to be tracked online and eliminating the chaos of the previous manual control system.
The results are impressive: monthly market fees have increased from 30 to 100 million KGS. In the first 10 months of 2025, tax revenues exceeded 727 million KGS, and by the end of the year, they are expected to exceed 1 billion KGS.
After its successful implementation in Dordoi, the system began operating in the Kara-Suu and Madina markets, and in the future, it is planned to expand it to all markets in the country.
