09/12/2025, 13:25During an investigation conducted by the Panfilov District Prosecutor's Office in the Chui Region, it was established that on the outskirts of the village of Cholak-Aryk, in the border area between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, a strategically important facility was illegally sold to third parties. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.
It is also specified that the strategically important facility is the service building of the main water distribution point on the Aspara River and the adjacent land plot. They were illegally sold to third parties for only 38,900 soms.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the service building and land plot, with a market value of 27.9 million soms, have been returned to the state.
