In the Talas region, an oil depot worth 30 million soms has been returned to the state

An investigation conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Aytmatov district of the Talas region has established facts of illegal privatisation of an oil depot, including production buildings, reservoirs and a land plot with an area of 1.62 hectares.

The oil depot is located in the village of Kyzyl-Adyr, in violation of land and property legislation.

As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the facility, along with all its property and land, with a total value of 30 million soms, has been returned to state ownership.

The prosecutor's office continues its systematic work to protect state interests, including in the area of returning strategically important objects that have been illegally removed from state ownership.
