In 2025, 43 orphaned children were allocated land plots for housing construction

In the first half of 2025, 43 children who had lost their parents were allocated land plots for housing construction. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.

The press service of the General Prosecutor's Office also noted that during an inspection conducted by the Aravan District Prosecutor's Office in the Osh region, it was established that two 16-year-old teenagers who had lost their parents were not provided with housing and did not receive it in accordance with the procedure established by law.

As a result of the intervention of the district prosecutor's office, these children were provided with land plots for construction and were also given the relevant title documents.

The prosecutor's office will continue to monitor the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of children.
