The KGS weakened against all major currencies except the dollar

On 16 December 2025, the official exchange rate of the US dollar was 87.4500 KGS, remaining at the same level.

The euro showed a slight increase of 0.03% to 102.5876 KGS. The Russian rouble also strengthened by 0.07%, reaching 1.0983 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge rose more significantly, by 0.24%, to 0.1678 KGS. The Chinese yuan strengthened by 0.09% to 12.4069 KGS.
