Employees of the Kemin border guard post were given a service vehicle

Today, October 18, the chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev, presented a new JAC 8 service vehicle to the personnel of the Kemin border guard post.

Handing over the keys to the vehicle to the head of the post, the head of the SCNS noted that providing border units with modern equipment and weapons is one of the committee's priorities.

“Every section of the border is under my personal supervision. We are consistently creating all the conditions for our border guards to serve with dignity and to increase their combat readiness”, —  emphasized Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev.

First Deputy Chairman - Director of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Abdikarim Alimbayev, conducted a tour of the border post.

Incidentally, on August 1 of this year, the grand opening of the reconstructed Kemin outpost took place, which became the first modernized facility in the northern region. The buildings have been completely renovated, new infrastructure facilities have been built, and comfortable conditions have been created for personnel to serve and live.

Located in the village of Nur in the Kemin district, the Kemin outpost is responsible for guarding about 200 kilometers of the state border, a significant part of which runs through mountainous areas and the Chu River bed.

The transfer of new equipment and the reconstruction of the Kemin outpost are the next step in strengthening the state border and improving the effectiveness of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, which contributes to the overall national security of the country.
