Employees of the State Agency «Kyzmat» earned $10,000 from foreigners for helping them obtain citizenship

The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, as part of its investigative and operational activities, has identified a group of individuals from among the employees of the State Agency «Kyzmate»and civilians engaged in intermediary services who were extorting money from foreign citizens for processing documents for obtaining Kyrgyz citizenship.

Thus, Kyrgyz citizens «M.D.M.», «A.E.A.», «M.Z.A.» and «S.k.S.» established contacts with foreign citizens and offered their services in obtaining Kyrgyz citizenship, for which they demanded and received sums of money ranging from $10,000.

As a result of the measures taken, the aforementioned individuals were detained and placed in facility No. 21 of the State Penitentiary Service of the Kyrgyz Republic while transferring $10,000.

Currently, investigative measures are continuing as part of the criminal case to identify other participants in the scheme.
