06/11/2025, 11:53At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on June 11, MP Dinara Ashimova raised the issue of low wages of employees of the state company Kyrgyztelecom. The problem is particularly acute in the regions, where employees receive only about 15,000 soms, she said.
"With such salaries, people don't stay long. These are the technical specialists who rely on remote areas for communication. They are paid less than nurses," Ashimova emphasized.
She recalled that the state owns 91% of Kyrgyztelecom's shares through the State Property Management Fund (SPMF) and suggested that the fund be instructed to work on raising wages.
The deputy called to pay attention to the situation and analyze it.
