At the general meeting of shareholders, it was decided that the members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission of Kantsky Cement Plant OJSC will perform their duties on a voluntary basis. This means that they will not receive any remuneration for their participation in the work of the management bodies.

At the same time, in the event of business trips or other expenses related to the performance of their duties, all costs will be reimbursed. Payment shall be made on the basis of documented expenses and a corresponding report. Such reports shall be approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors for members of the Board, or by the Board of Directors itself for members of the Audit Commission. Compensation shall be paid in full, as provided for in the company's articles of association.

Advance payments are also permitted if the expenses are planned in advance and their estimated amount is known.

The Board of Directors now consists of Denis Trusevich, Sergey Vologa and Andreas Kern. The Audit Commission is now represented by Andrey Mikhailukov, Sholpan Maldybekova and Gulnur Sadykova.

As a reminder, Kantsky Cement Plant OJSC is one of the largest cement plants in Kyrgyzstan.
