Medium-sized businesses are required to submit a monthly report on their single tax

The State Tax Service reminds that medium-sized businesses are required to submit a monthly single tax report to the tax authorities.

The report must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the month following the reporting month via the taxpayer's account cabinet.salyk.kg or the Salyk.kg mobile app.
A tax penalty will be imposed for failure to submit tax reports within the established deadlines. It will be imposed for each instance of late submission of reports.

The State Tax Service notes that, in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 12 February 2025, changes have been made to the procedure for reporting on the single tax. Previously, the report was submitted quarterly, but now it is submitted monthly.
