According to the American Ministry of Security, holders of tourist (B1/B2) and student visas (F, J, M) are at risk. Violators stay in the country longer than the prescribed period or use the visa for other purposes.
The MFA urges Kyrgyzstani citizens to strictly comply with the terms of their visas and leave the U.S. before the authorized period of stay expires. Violations not only have consequences for the individual, but also undermine the visa reputation of the country as a whole.
The Office assures that it will continue to work with the American side on migration issues, but emphasizes that the responsibility for compliance with the laws of the host country lies with each citizen.
