The construction company Zam Zam Building has been blacklisted

The construction company Zam Zam Building has been blacklisted and its license suspended for 90 days. This was reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the ministry, during raids on sites on Sevastopolskaya, Slavyanskaya, and Furmanova streets, violations of construction norms, technical safety requirements, and standards were identified in the construction of a 14-story residential complex. The contractor also set up offices and reception areas for citizens at the construction sites, despite the increased level of occupational risk.

As a result of the inspection, the company was fined, and on January 23, 2026, the Ministry of Construction commission decided to suspend Zam Zam Building's license for 90 days.
