‘Stroy Dom.KG’ has placed bonds worth 100 million som

The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service has registered the report on the results of the placement of the fourth issue of bonds by ‘Stroy Dom.KG’ LLC, worth 100 million KGS.

The company issued 100,000 registered interest-bearing bonds with a face value of 1,000 KGS each. The total issue amounted to 100 million KGS. The state registration number of the issue is KG 0204229114, assigned on 29 December 2025. The decision to register the report has been entered into the Unified State Register of Securities of Kyrgyzstan.

The placement of bonds allows companies to raise funds to finance their activities and projects through the securities market. This is already the fourth bond issue by Stroy Dom.KG.
