Manas Customs detected a violation when importing an airplane from the UAE

Manas customs officers discovered a violation during the temporary importation of an IL-76 TD cargo airplane from Sharjah (UAE). The aircraft was received by the Kyrgyz company A.S. LLC.

During inspection, it turned out that the airplane's engines had been replaced, but this was not reported to customs. According to the rules of the EAEU, temporarily imported vehicles should not be changed - this is a violation of customs legislation.

The state suffered damage to the amount of more than 4.3 million soms. However, the company reimbursed the damage in full, so the criminal case was not initiated. The case materials were transferred to the Investigation Department of the State Customs Service.
