10/13/2025, 11:59A new apartment building will appear in Bishkek on the territory of the Trans-Soyuz-Asia transport company on Sadigaliyev Street. The project will be implemented by the construction company Emark Stroy, with which the joint-stock company will conclude a share participation agreement.
The company announced its decision in a letter sent to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange — BTS, where its shares are traded. According to the document, the issue of construction was brought up at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on 6 October. More than 612,000 votes were cast in favour of signing the agreement with the construction company, which is over 75% of the shareholders present.
Under the terms of the agreement, Trans-Soyuz-Asia is acting as a co-investor, providing land for construction in exchange for a share in the future building.
This mechanism allows companies to convert unused assets into investments and the city to renovate neighbourhoods without using budget funds.
