Producer prices in Kyrgyzstan rose by 8.1 per cent over the first half of the year

Producer prices for industrial goods and services in Kyrgyzstan rose by 8.1 per cent in the first half of 2026. A year earlier, growth for the same period stood at 13 per cent. These figures are provided by the National Statistics Committee.

Producer price growth was recorded throughout virtually the entire period. The exceptions were April, when prices fell by 3.6 per cent, and June, when they fell by 1.6 per cent. The highest monthly increase was recorded in January, at 4.5 per cent.

In the extractive industries, producer prices have risen by 3.3 per cent since the start of the year. The sharpest rise was recorded in March – 13.1 per cent compared with February.

In the manufacturing sector, prices rose by 8.2% between January and June. By way of comparison, growth in the first half of 2025 stood at 16%. Thus, the rate of growth in producer prices in the manufacturing sector has slowed significantly this year.
