05/14/2026, 17:47Bakyt Sydykov held a meeting with Yüksel Çağrı Gürses, the head of the Turkish energy company ZENA Elektrik ve Enerji Anonim Şirketi, during which the parties discussed the development of cooperation in the field of green energy and investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan.
During the talks, the Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan noted that the republic continues to improve the investment climate and create more favorable conditions for business. According to him, the development of renewable energy sources remains one of the country’s priorities.
Bakyt Sydykov also confirmed Kyrgyzstan’s readiness to support the Turkish company’s investment projects.
In turn, the head of ZENA Enerji stated that after gaining a more detailed understanding of Kyrgyzstan’s potential, the company’s interest in implementing projects in the country has grown significantly.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to intensify business contacts and continue strengthening trade and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
ZENA Elektrik ve Enerji Anonim Şirketi has been operating in the renewable energy sector since 2015. The company specializes in solar energy and is engaged in the design, construction, and operation of energy facilities. In Turkey, ZENA Enerji has already implemented a number of projects, including rooftop solar power plants for industrial enterprises.
