Grain crops were harvested from an area of 599.5 thousand hectares, 2.1 million tonnes of grain were produced, excluding legumes, rice and buckwheat. The average grain yield reached 35 centners per hectare. The data was provided by the Department of Agricultural Statistics.

A slight increase was observed in the harvest of pulses, rice and other crops. Potato harvest decreased by 7.5%. The harvest of vegetables increased by 0.9%. The sugar beet harvest increased significantly, reaching 957.4 thousand tonnes (up by 54.2%). There was also a decrease in tobacco harvest by 32.9% and raw cotton by 27%. The reason for this decrease is the reduction of the sown area for tobacco by 42% and cotton by 26.9%.

The area under potatoes also decreased by 8.4%, which affected the gross harvest.
