08/01/2026, 12:46The Cabinet of Ministers has reclassified 17 hectares of land in the Dostuk Aiyl Aymak of the Alamudun District from agricultural to industrial use. The relevant resolution was signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev.
This concerns a state-owned plot of irrigated arable land within plot No. 1418. It is now classified as land for industry, transport, communications, energy, defence and other purposes. The plot is intended for the construction of industrial facilities.
The Alamudun District State Administration has been instructed to amend the land registration documents and ensure that the land is used strictly for its designated purpose. The new land users must also compensate for losses in agricultural and forestry production, including lost profits.
To replace the lost agricultural land, the authorities must restore an equivalent area of land, analyse low-productivity plots and bring them into agricultural use.
When carrying out development, it is necessary to draw up and approve town planning documentation, comply with building and health and safety regulations, ensure the drainage of rainwater and meltwater, implement earthquake-proofing measures, and preserve the buffer zones around roads and power lines.
If a plot is not used, or is used for purposes other than those intended, the authorities must take measures to restore the land to its original condition.
