08/02/2025, 09:00The Batken Electric Grid Company, a subsidiary of OJSC «NESK», successfully completed large-scale repair and reconstruction work in the first half of 2025.
The main goal is to provide residents of the Batken region with stable, uninterrupted and high-quality electricity supply.
Since the beginning of the year, over 611 kilometres of high-voltage overhead power lines have been repaired in the region.
At the same time, 2,526 obsolete porcelain insulators were replaced, which increased the reliability of the entire system.
Major repairs are also actively continuing.
The total volume of major repairs amounted to 112,629 kilometres.
As part of the work, 530 worn-out insulators were replaced.
To prevent the consequences of natural disasters, especially floods, and to ensure the safety of electrical equipment, measures were taken to strengthen overhead power lines.
