Within the city limits of Bishkek, 44 temporary structures and 33 permanent buildings have been dismantled. As a result, 7,664 square meters of municipal land have been reclaimed.
The work was carried out both through compulsory measures and on a voluntary basis. Following explanatory efforts by Department staff, a number of owners voluntarily dismantled the illegally erected structures.
In addition, during this period, 52 violation reports were issued for breaches of land legislation—including the unauthorized occupation of municipal land plots and the unauthorized expansion of allocated or designated land plots—totaling 1,992,000 KGS.
The capital’s city administration urges residents and business owners to comply with land laws.
We remind you that the construction of structures and the expansion of existing land plots and buildings without the appropriate permits are prohibited. If violations are detected, measures provided for by law will be taken, up to and including the demolition of illegal structures in accordance with established procedures.
