The first site inspected was the construction of the Ala Tower multi-purpose centre, featuring a four-storey car park, at 72 Orozbekov Street.
The mayor also inspected the site on Baitika Baatyra Street, where the construction of apartment blocks is planned.
An investor has been identified for this project, and the land plots have been purchased. Work is currently under way to prepare the title deeds and planning permission documents required to commence construction in accordance with the law.
Following the inspection, the mayor instructed that work on both sites be stepped up and that their further development be ensured in accordance with the established procedure.
