In Bishkek, 14 people were fined for illegal currency exchange

In Bishkek, numerous cases of foreign currency exchange transactions without a license from the National Bank have been identified.

According to the regulator, fines have been imposed on 14 citizens of Kyrgyzstan. Each of them has been fined 17,500 KGS.

Thus, the total amount of fines amounted to 245,000 KGS.

Carrying out exchange transactions without the appropriate license is a violation of the law. The regulator continues to monitor compliance with the rules of the currency market, including the suppression of illegal activities.
