09/04/2025, 16:45Based on the results of a preliminary investigation into the legalisation of criminal proceeds by Kamchy Asanbek (Kolbaeva), the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic identified a plot of land belonging to the former Cholpon-Ata passenger transport company, which was obtained by persons affiliated with Kolbaeva through criminal means.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, a close relative of Kolbaeva, ‘U.A.A.’, voluntarily transferred a land plot with buildings with a total area of 1 hectare to the balance sheet of the Cholpon-Ata mayor's office.
The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to work to combat organised crime groups and return illegally privatised land plots and enterprises to state ownership.
