04/28/2026, 14:39An industrial site located within a specially protected natural area has been returned to the state.
During an inspection to verify compliance with current legislation, the Keminsky District Prosecutor’s Office established that in 2013, a production base situated within the Chon-Keminsky Nature Park – which is classified as a specially protected natural area – along with a 1-hectare plot of land, had been unlawfully transferred into private ownership.
As a result of the measures taken, the production facility and the plot of land, with a total value of 103,243,034 KGS, have been returned to state ownership.
