The Chui Region is seeking an investor to build a logistics center on 5 hectares

The Moscow District State Administration of the Chui Region has announced a tender for the right to temporarily use a 5-hectare land plot for the construction of a logistics center.

The plot falls under the category of “Land for Industry, Transportation, Communications, Energy, Defense, and Other Purposes” and is located within the Min-Bulak Aiyl Aimag of the Moscow District. The land plot will be leased to the investor for a term of 49 years.

The annual rent has been set at 870,000 KGS.

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit an application and a package of documents within one month, including a preliminary layout plan for the facility, as well as documents confirming their identity or the legal entity’s registration.

In addition, participants in the competition are required to provide:

• a business plan for the project;
• a social benefits package for the local population;
• information on the construction timeline;
• data on the number of jobs to be created.

The competition will take place on July 29 at the Moskovsky District State Administration building in the village of Belovodskoye.
