Two plots containing reserves of construction sand have been put up for auction in the Chui Region

The Kyrgyz Geological Service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision has announced an auction for the right to use two subsoil plots in the Chui Region. Both sites are associated with the extraction of construction sand.

The ‘Vasilyevka-Contour No. 702/703’ sand plot in the Alamudun district has been put up for auction. The starting price for the lot is $1,795. The type of subsoil use is geological exploration.

The second site is the ‘Vostochny Bereg’ section of the Ivanovskoye deposit in the Issyk-Ata District. The right to use the site for the extraction of construction sand is being offered with a starting price of $9,072.

The auction for both plots will take place on 8 October 2026. For participants from the Alamudun District, the event will be held at the Alamudun District State Administration building. Registration will take place from 10.00 to 10.30.

The announcement also states that the auction for the plot in the Issyk-Ata District will take place at the Sokuluk District State Administration building. Registration is also scheduled for 10.00–10.30.

Documents required for participation had to be submitted to the Kyrgyz Geological Service.
