This was reported by the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Safety.
Following the inspection, three illegally operating sales outlets were identified. The owners of two of the sites were issued with orders to remove tankers from within populated areas in accordance with safety requirements. For one site, additional permits have been requested, and legal proceedings are underway.
The department emphasised that the placement of mobile vehicle gas filling stations and tankers within populated areas is prohibited by Kyrgyz law.
It is noted that such violations are particularly dangerous during the summer due to high air temperatures, which increase the risk of fires and explosions. The department reminded that failure to comply with safety regulations could pose a threat to the lives and health of citizens and cause significant damage to the environment.
