Industrial facility returned to state ownership in Chui Region

An industrial facility with a land plot of 2.13 hectares has been returned to state ownership in Chui Region. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of investigative and operational measures, the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic established the fact of illegal privatisation of the industrial facility of Chaldovar Garment Factory JSC with a land plot of 2.13 hectares, located in the village of Chaldovar, Panfilov District, Chui Region.

It was established that in 2004, in violation of the law, without holding an auction or competition, as well as without presenting investors, by direct sale and by decision of the Frunze aiyl okmotu in 2004, the property, including the above-mentioned factory with a land plot, was illegally transferred to private ownership.

The current owner, a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, D.V.I., having acknowledged the fact of illegal possession of the property with the land plot, voluntarily transferred it to state ownership.
