09/02/2025, 12:42The State Tax Service reported the discovery of an underground facility in the city of Jalal-Abad engaged in the illegal production of alcoholic beverages. According to the agency, the volume of production exceeded one tonne per month.
During the inspection, 29 barrels, or about 5,200 litres of finished products intended for further sale, were found. The facility was sealed by employees of the city's internal affairs department, and procedural actions are continuing on site.
The tax service reminds that the production and sale of alcoholic beverages without a licence and permits is a gross violation of the law and entails liability in accordance with the norms of current law.
