06/29/2026, 09:00In the town of Manas, Jalal-Abad Region, the modernisation of Manas Park, carried out as part of a public-private partnership (PPP) scheme, has been completed. Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Head of the Presidential Administration, inspected the site during a working visit to the region.
As part of the project, 27 modern attractions have been installed in the park, a 9D cinema has been opened, and children’s play areas, sports facilities and a workout area have been fitted out. An amphitheatre, a café and retail outlets have also been built.
In addition, comprehensive landscaping of the site has been carried out, the lighting and irrigation systems have been modernised, and a CCTV system has been installed.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the refurbished park can accommodate up to 3,000 visitors daily. The project has created 100 new jobs.
It is noted that the modernisation of the facility has served as a model for attracting private investment to develop urban infrastructure and improve the quality of public spaces across the country’s regions.
