Violations in the work of the water utility have been identified in Jalal-Abad

The Land and Water Supervision Service conducted an inspection of the Jalal-Abad Water and Sewerage Utility, which is managed by the Jalal-Abad City Council. During the inspection, violations of Kyrgyzstan's land and water legislation were identified.

It was established that the enterprise used surface and underground water without the necessary permits. For this violation, according to the article, Jalal-Abadvodokanal was fined 29,000 KGS.

The fine was collected in full and transferred to the state budget. The Land and Water Supervision Service intends to continue its enhanced control and work to prevent similar violations.
