09/19/2024, 13:59Jety-Oguz District Court satisfied the claim of the Land and Water Supervision Service to demolish an illegally constructed building on the territory of the cattle yard.
Illegal constructions included a building on a 0.14-hectare plot, a shepherd's house with an area of 722.1 square meters, and a thermal water pool of 15.4 square meters intended for vacationers.
In addition, based on Article 91 of the Water Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, a fine of 13500 KGS was levied for the use of mineral and thermal water without installing a meter. The funds will be transferred to the state budget.
Earlier, the defendant failed to fulfil the orders on land restoration, which led to the court proceedings.
