09/29/2025, 08:12According to the results for January–June, the structure of revenues in the consolidated budgets of the EAEU countries varied significantly, but income, profit, and consumption taxes played a key role everywhere.
Armenia collected 1.5 trillion drams in its budget. The main sources were income tax (23%) and VAT (28%). Other tax and non-tax revenues accounted for 19%.
Kazakhstan generated revenues of 14.6 trillion tenge. The main sources were profit tax (20%) and VAT (19%). At the same time, other tax and non-tax revenues accounted for 35%, of which 39% were taxes and fees for the use of natural resources. Transfers from the National Fund were another significant factor, amounting to 3.1 trillion tenge, or 60% of this category.
Kyrgyzstan replenished its budget by 351 billion KGS. The leading sources were VAT (23%) and social contributions (12%). At the same time, other tax and non-tax revenues accounted for 43% — the highest figure among the countries in the region.
Russia collected 33.8 trillion rubles. The main sources of revenue were VAT (19%) and social contributions (22%). Other tax and non-tax revenues accounted for 32%, more than half of which (53%) came from payments for the extraction and use of natural resources.
